This is why the twin pillars of research methodology—validity and reliability—are not just jargon; they are the essential bedrock upon which new knowledge is built. Demonstrating that your study is both trustworthy and consistent is a mandatory task that must be addressed throughout every stage of your research design. 1. The Core Concepts Demystified

Before you can ensure something, you must understand it. These concepts are often confused but are distinctly different.
