The game, at the time of writing this, just received a massive 2.1 update, and a lot of systems and game mechanics no longer work as players who experienced the game on release might expect. However, getting Jackie Welles Arch Motorcycle is still exactly the same process. This is because, until players are at least past the Konpeki Plaza ‘tutorial’ mission, they won’t be able to access any of the Phantom Liberty cont
